Mark Silverman selected as Bradlee Editor of the Year

A longtime ASNE member and editor of The Tennessean, Silverman has been selected by The National Press Foundation to receive the Benjamin C. Bradlee Editor of the Year Award.

A longtime ASNE member and editor of The Tennessean, Silverman has been selected by The National Press Foundation to receive the Benjamin C. Bradlee Editor of the Year Award for his paper's "outstanding coverage of unexpected floods in 2010 and its innovative use of social media platforms to extend that coverage and bind its community together." The award will be presented at NPF's annual awards dinner, March 1, 2011, in Washington.
